The Institute for Innovations in Engineering and Technology (IIET) is an upcoming technical professional organization. IIET’s objective is to serve the Science, Engineering and Technology community at national and international level through communication of knowledge on recent advances in various fields of Science, Engineering and Technology through several sections of IIET.

THE IIET is accepting applications from Individuals for Senior Membership (SRMIIET)

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP OF IIET (SRMIIET)

The second-highest grade offered by IIET is senior membership, which includes the following characteristics:

Eligibility for Senior Membership:

• Candidates must hold a Doctorate (PhD) in basic and applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology, in order to be eligible for senior membership.
• Academicians, researchers, scientists, and industry professionals will receive priority attention.
• The minimum age limit is 35 years.

Validity and Membership fee:

Senior Membership is available for life, and the registration fee is Rs. 4000 for Indians, USD 150 for members from high income countries, USD 75 for members from middle income countries and USD 35 for members from low income countries as per The World Bank’s Classification of countries on the basis of gross national income per capita.

The registration fee for Professional Members from India/ Foreign to upgrade their memberships to Senior Member/ Fellow member are as follows:

Benefits of Senior Membership:

• Every year by the end of April, The IIET yearly magazine, which features the best research papers from that year or books on research and information of all activities like Conferences/ Workshops/ FDP’s/ STTP’s/ Award Ceremonies of IIET will be published (Soft copy) and sent to all the members of IIET through E-Mail.
• A venue where attendees (members of IIET) can register for IIET International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops at a 20 % discount.
• IIET members will receive full assistance and a 20 % discount for publishing text books and research articles in IJIET (IIET-Journal).
• Nominal charges for the services like checking for plagiarism of research articles and thesis by Turnitin, iThenticate, Urkund etc.
• Assistance with technical soft wares such as Grammarly, Quillbot and others for document corrections.
• Senior members can interact with research professionals at IIET Conferences.
• Members will be given preference at the IIET Yearly Awards.
• Free access to all IIET projects and published papers available in the IIET portal.
• The member’s name being listed on the IIET Membership website, which increases global exposure.
• Active members will get promotion as Regional Directors and Executive Council Members.
• Support for publishing conference research papers in UGC-approved and Scopus-indexed journals (Conditions applied).
• Senior members will be given preference as reviewers for IIET journals and collaborative journals.
• Senior members will be considered as session chairs in international and national        conferences

The Individuals for IIET’s Senior Membership may send the membership application form along with the following documents to iietmembership@gmail.com.

• Passport size color photograph.
• Self-attested photocopy of documentary proof in support of Date of Birth.
• Highest Educational Qualification (B.E/ B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech/ BS/ MS/ M. Phil/ PhD or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution.
• Scanned Employee ID.
• Experience Certificate.
• Membership fee payment proof
